Describe an occasion when your family asked you for help
You should say:
When it happened
Who you helped
How you helped
And explain how you felt about the experience
One occasion when my family asked me for help was last year when we were planning a family trip. My parents wanted to go somewhere special but needed help with finding the best places to eat and booking things online. Since I’m familiar with using travel websites and finding good spots, they asked me to handle those parts of the trip.
I helped by researching popular restaurants at our destination, looking at reviews, and making a list of places that fit our tastes and budget. I also took care of booking the hotel and tickets online, making sure we got good deals and convenient options. I even mapped out a rough schedule to make the most of our time there.
I felt really happy to help, as it made me feel useful and gave me a chance to contribute to the trip planning. My family was really pleased with the arrangements, and it was rewarding to see them enjoy the places I chose. This experience made me feel more responsible and closer to my family, knowing I could play a part in making our trip enjoyable and stress-free.
