In the UK, expenditure on cameras (just over 350) was over double that of France, which was only 150.

Above 350 was spent by the French on computers which was slightly more than the British who spent exactly 350.

It is clear that  teachers’ salaries made up the largest proportion of the school’s spending in all three years (1981, 1991 and 2001). By contrast, insurance was the smallest cost in each year.

The percentages for resources and furniture fluctuated. The figure for resources was highest in 2991, at 20%, and the proportion of spending on furniture reached its peak in 2001, at 23%.
