Answer 1: Yes, I do. I really enjoy staring at the skies at night, especially I’m alone and bored. I don’t know much about astronomy, I just love looking at the twinkling stars. Sometimes, my friends and I would drive to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset at the beach, it’s amazing.
Answer 2: No, not really. I’m not much into either astronomy or staring at the skies. Maybe it’s because I’m too busy for that, maybe I’m boring. I guess the only times I look at the sky are to check the weather, is it going to rain or something.
Can you see the moon and stars at night where you live?
Answer 1: Yes, fortunately I’m not living in a big city with skyscrapers, high-rise buildings so I could always see the moon and stars whereever I go in the city. I love that!
Answer 2: Well not really, I’m living downtown Ha noi/HCMC and there are a lot of skyscrapers and high-rise buildings in my neighborhood. Sadly these buildings always block the view and it’s hard for me to enjoy the moon and stars from my window.
Do you prefer the sky in the morning or the sky at night?
Well, I guess I prefer the sky at night because there’s more to see, the moon, the stars, the floating clouds, it’s relaxing. There’s not much to enjoy with the morning sky, sunrise at the beach sounds great but I’d always prefer the night sky.
Is there a good place to look at the sky where you live?
There’s a museum not too far from where I live. It’s an open space with some telescopes on the roof. A lot of people and tourists go there to see the celestial objects and to enjoy the sky. I don’t go there very often but I believe it’s terrific place to look at the sky.
Do you know much about stars?
Unfortunately, I don’t know much about astronomy or celestial bodies. But I do know that there’s only one star in the solar system, it’s the Sun. And there’re countless stars in the galaxy.
